NOTICE: As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. In case, that you don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please let us know the approximate time of your arrival and please call us AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before your arrival to the apartment (or send us an SMS). The manager of the apartments will meet you directly in front of the apartment to check you in. If you arrive later than 7 PM, the keys will be in the Restaurant Sklep (Seifertova 53, Prague 3). To settle the payment, the apartment staff will come to your apartment on second day at 10.00 o´clock am. In case you would like to pay with credit card, please let us know in advance! The restaurant is open until 11 PM! In case of a later arrival, please let us know in advance. After 11PM the apartment manager charges 500 CZK late check-in fee.

Er zijn in totaal 5 appartementen. 3 normale (101, 201 en 301) en 2 grote (202 en 402) Appartementen 101 en 301: 2 aparte kamers: Slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, TV en slaapbank voor 2 personen en een tweede kamer met tweepersoonsbed, eetgedeelte met volledig uitgeruste keuken. Moderne badkamer met douche. Ze zijn uitstekend geschikt voor 2 stellen, maar ook comfortabel voor 6 personen. U vindt er: TV, wasmachine, magnetron, waterkoker, föhn, koelkast, strijkijzer met plank, koffiezetapparaat. Appartement 101: Grote zonnige slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en slaapbank voor twee personen. Grote en perfekt uitgeruste keuken met eethoek en nog een slaapbank, alles zeer smaakvol ingericht. Moderne badkamer met bad. Er is aanwezig: TV, wasmachine, vaatwasser, waterkoker, koelkast, strijkijzer met plank, föhn, koffieapparaat. Grote appartementen no. 202 en 402: 2 aparte, grote, zonnige slaapkamers met 2 grote tweepersoonsbedden en 2 slaapbanken. Grote woonkamer met eethoek en kompleet uitgerust keukenblok en nog een slaapbank voor 2 personen. Moderne badkamer met bad. Toilet apart. Gezien de indeling bevelen wij de flat ten zeerste aan aan 3 stellen, maar hij is komfortabel voor 10 personen, grote families of vrienden. u vindt er: TV, wasmachine, vaatwasser, waterkoker, tooster, koelkast, strijkijzer met plank, föhn, koffiezetaparaat.

Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time.
